About the role

Since 2009 our team has been evolving and delivering their product in several clients and geographies. Now that the product's latest version is almost ready, it means an important milestone in its architecture and implies a new strategy. It becomes fundamental to:  

  • Work on the go-to market strategy
  • Set the proper selling pitch and highlights
  • Identify partners and competitors along with the required actions towards them 
  • Follow-up with the Client, partners and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and consider its applicability and adoption in the product’s roadmap 

 

Your mission as a Product Manager will include:

  • Tight collaboration with our sales team to define value pricing configuration for the product
  • Actively working in sales activities to position our solution in the Client's landscape
  • Acting as Customer Success Manager for Product implementation in Clients
  • Building and managing a customer portfolio focused on Celfocus' product
  • Tailoring one2one offers for all existing customers
  • Leading and exploring new partnerships dedicated to our product in collaboration with Celfocus' Alliances Management
  • Being a customer partner ensuring customer care services
  • Positioning the product in new industry, identifying Use Cases for solutions in target markets (Telco and others)
  • Managing a dedicated P&L with an yearly performance goal 

 

What are we looking for?

  • Sales experience, focusing on pricing and all product set up
  • Costumer focus and ability to quickly adapt to environments and identify business needs 
  • Ability to create and plan competitive strategies, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients
  • Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
  • Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
  • Willingness to collaborate with other players
  • Strong communication skills
