About the role

We are looking for an Operational Readiness Manager to be part of our Managed Services Digital and Network group perimeter.

You will be responsible to coordination, management and tracking of the Operational readiness element of our digital transformation projects. 

You will:

  • Manage and guarantee all Operational readiness gates since project kikoff, solution go!live and operations stabilization phase;
  • Provide overall coordination, management and tracking of the Operational readiness framework elements on the program level;
  • Assure together with our customers the definition and design of the service model;
  • Ensure clear coordination, direction and control in any hand offs between the existing workstreams, particularly Operating Model, Build, Test and Business Operations teams;
  • Track and validate all operational and service requirements to assure a proper transition between project delivery and operations teams;
  • Support operations setup and readiness throughout the project lifecycle in preparing their teams for the change;
  • Ensure status reporting on the operational readiness progress;
  • Provide clear communication, timely escalation of readiness issues to the program team and stakeholders.


What are we looking for?

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Engineering, Project Management or Business) or equivalent industry experience;
  • Extensive Project Management, Commissioning and Operational Readiness experience in the IT industry.

  • Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients
  • Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
  • Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
  • Willingness to collaborate with other players
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, Self-Management and leadership
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken;
  • Transparency and the ability to establish trust and supportive relationships through positive and outcome-oriented mindset.
