About the role

Looking for an application support profile with a development mindset, able to perform 1st and 2nd Line support, incident management (SLA’s, analysis, resolution) problem fixing, documentation but also able to create improvements and develop them.

You will:

Join a Scrum team, working with core areas of a major worldwide Telecom company, supporting its fast-paced evolution over new areas, technologies and strategies, ensuring a good production environment with satisfied customers in order to increase business goals and objectives.

What are we looking for?

  • PL/SQL support/analysis/resolution
  • Unix support/analysis/resolution
  • Java/.NET analysis/debug/problem fixing
  • Improvements to production environment
  • Documentation


Personal traits:

  • Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients
  • Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
  • Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
  • Willingness to collaborate with other players
  • Strong communication skills
