About the role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager. This opportunity requires the responsibility for managing and driving positive changes to our customers' core applications, ensuring delivery framework, best practices, and being actively evolving the process improvement and reporting.

Working closely with the team, customers, partners, and third parties across our customer delivery ecosystem will coordinate Business as Usual (BAU) changes related to Production maintenance & support coming from the Operations team (ITIL) and also manage all the business Change Request delivery process related with incremental product capabilities.

Focus on continuous improvements and direct engagement with the development stream, to work under an Agile methodology and address a DevOps delivery paradigm.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Joint delivery planning with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams;
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and actively managing expectations;
  • Primary point of contact for delivery for change under their control, ensuring the daily management of the application change process;
  • Ensure maintenance of the requirements backlog (including change, support and improvements);
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the delivery capabilities and processes;
  • Ensure and facilitation of release and delivery planning including business prioritization, such as release and delivery planning sessions are scheduled and performed;
  • Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the delivery;
  • Removing blockers or dependencies to ensure efficiency on delivery teams;
  • Ensures the management and coordination of the involved Providers and mediates any conflict between the teams.

    What are we looking for?

    • Experience in software delivery management and has been in the role of Delivery manager on Digital Transformation projects;
    • Experience of implementing and managing processes and governing them with technical teams;
    • Knowledge on SOA and distributed architectures, digital platforms, relational and non-relational databases (including scripting language), Systems Integration and communication technologies (SOAP, REST, JDBC, HTTP/S, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, others), CI/CD approach, and cloud solutions (PaaS,IaaS, other);
    • Candidates will be required to demonstrate experience and certifications on ITIL and Agile methodologies:
      • Experience of the full project life cycle, from initial analysis and solution design to user acceptance testing and production support (mandatory);
      • Experience in estimation methods (mandatory);
      • Understands and demonstrates the Agile principles and best practices of software development and promote DevOps culture (mandatory);
      • Agile Certifications;
      • PMP certifications;
    • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Sharepoint (mandatory).

      • You are flexible in approach, showing initiative and interest to support ad-hoc tasks;
