About the role
We are looking for a Service Manager to be part of a team that is responsible for providing Application Development and Operation (DevOps) services. The aim of the service is to ensure customer engagement, team leading and efficient and qualified operation.
This person will be responsible for managing a DevOps service for Digital channels, including mentoring and coaching the team in their career development, inspire the team and be a role model and a leader that helps the team understanding the impact of their work in the organization and identify the risks and proactively suggest improvements within the project.
What are we looking for?
- Experience managing Application Management Support teams, at least 5 years;
- Fluency in English;
- Availability to Travel.
Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients
Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
Willingness to collaborate with other players
Strong communication skills
