About the role

We are looking for an Application Maintenance engineer, where you will be part of our DevOps Team. You will be performing the daily Incident and Problem Management and support application activities.

You will be assuring reliability of solution and performing the daily support activities related with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Layer application maintenance support team.

What are we looking for?

• Good Knowledge of Unix/Linux platforms;
  
• Good Knowledge on technologies such .NET frameworks;
  
• Good Knowledge of Database Platforms (Oracle, SQLserver, etc);
  
• Good Knowledge of SQL;
  
• Basic Knowledge of the Cloud providers (Azure, AWS)
  
• Basic Knowledge with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Sonarqube, Ansible)
  
• Basic Experience with Elastic Stack or other logs & observability tools
  
• ITIL process knowledge.
