About the role
Looking for a HR Business Partner to work closely with the business in the definition and implementation of people strategies and activities.
This position is an opportunity to be involved in several HR core processes, work with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to the management team and influence on people-related matters.
This person will participate in all core processes of HR: Hiring and onboarding, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, understand Celfocus’ HR processes, programs, and policies to effectively implement them within the business and teams, provide daily HR guidance to employees, monitor HR activities strategies, partner with leaders and employees to address and resolve complex employee issues, align, coach and support management team, driving to a successful implementation of HR initiatives (define and manage timeline, guarantee communication plan) and advise management on all people related activities.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in HR management or similar areas.
- +5 years’ experience in a HR Management/ Business Partner position with exposure to Core HR processes, e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing, Performance management.
- Previous successful experience in the implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit.
Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients
Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
Willingness to collaborate with other players
Strong communication skills
