About the role

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our Product team. This team specializes in providing online, retail and mobile solutions that leverage the Celfocus Product. Our team uses Scrum as the guiding framework to deliver frequent product increments, bringing together analysts, designers, developers and testers.

As a part of your job, you will: 

• Capture, challenge and understand functional and technical requirements from key stakeholders;

• Prioritise requirements according to their relevance in the Omnichannel product roadmap, while identifying gaps, assumptions and dependencies;

• Define E2E solution that meets the stakeholders’ needs and document it by following the defined standards;

• Support the Scrum team (designers, developers, testers), providing clarification of the requirements and performing walkthrough and knowledge transfer sessions when needed.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience, in functional analysis;
• Telecommunication business projects experience is mandatory;
• Experience in portal/online analysis;
• Technical background (programming skills: SQL, Integration and Microservices, Systems architecture, TMForum);
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Experience as a Product Owner is a plus.
