About the role
Looking for a HR Business Partner to work closely with the business in the implementation of people strategies and activities. This position is an opportunity to be involved in several HR core processes.
This person will participate in all core processes of HR: hiring and onboarding, talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, understand Celfocus’ HR processes, programs, and policies to effectively support the implementation within the business unit, provide daily HR support to employees and act as a point of contact to teams, monitor HR activities strategies, support the implementation of HR initiatives and partner with leaders and employees to address and resolve employee issues.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in HR management or similar areas;
- Experience in a HR Management/ Business Partner position with exposure to Core HR processes, e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Performance management;
- Excellent communication skills and of the English language both written and oral.
Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients
Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
Willingness to collaborate with other players
Strong communication skills
