About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition to join our team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting to find top notch candidates.

As part of your job, you will: 

• Manage full cycle of the recruiting process and deliver high-quality candidates (international profiles)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs, job descriptions and create job ads
• Be able to source and identify high-quality talents through different sources (e.g. social platforms, networks, job boards and communities)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Develop personalized recruiting strategies according to the unique needs of each project.

What are we looking for?

• +4 years recruitment experience either in-house and/or agency
• Tech enthusiastic: knowledge and understanding of Tech related profiles and latest technologies
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proven experience of establishing, maintaining, and developing working relationships at all levels;
• Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management supporter;
• Ability to work independently
• Oral and written fluency in English
