About the role
We are looking for a Telco Product Owner to join the Celfocus Digital team. This role is going to be responsible for maximizing the value of the product, managing the client and stakeholders engagement, and ensuring customer or end-user satisfaction.
Manage and prioritize the product's backlog;
Conducts research, analysis and make recommendations about actionable business strategies;
Analyze market and customers’ needs and adapt the Product Vision;
Contribute and support software development helping team's execution with a shared vision;
Be accountable for tracing the product's value achievement;
Develops a Strategic Roadmap for Product in order to manage and increase value;
Translates product roadmap features and Epics into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria;
Participate in daily scrum meetings serving as a liaison between product and development;
Play an active role by mitigating issues that could impact successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals;
Lead, coach, and support team members being continuously available for development questions and matters;
Stay up to date on emerging technologies/industry trends providing insights and advice on new opportunities and applying best practices into daily activities;
Be compliant with internal procedures, policies and guidelines, and external regulations.
What are we looking for?
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields;
Previous working experience of at least 3 years (or plus) in a similar position;
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principals;
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proven experience in Telco environment;
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written);
Availability to travel (short-term periods).
