Job Scope

We are looking for a highly motivated java developer, with some architectural knowledge, who is not afraid of new challenges.

Someone always eager to design and develop new modules and components and is happy to accept new challenges with a growing degree of responsibility and autonomy.

Our team is developing a Digital Signature product, for both national and international clients in various market sectors (telecommunications, banking, retail, ...), and we need to expand so we can build all the nifty ideas that keep popping up.

The product aims to provide an experience around document signing, complemented with a range of capabilities (e.g., analytics, document creation, etc.), that makes the whole signing process easy and 100% digital while also helping companies become greener in the process.

 Responsabilities

• Participate in the maintenance and development of all backend related subjects while also brainstorming new ideas and organizing work with the whole team;
• Cooperate with QA, Frontend and UX team members to ensure quality driven deliveries;
• Provide occasional support to delivery and client teams;
• Development and maintenance of architectural components/modules that support the product’s capabilities;
• Development and maintenance of the product’s service and microservice layers that help integrate the product in our clients’ environments;
• Participate in the products growth and innovation by designing, engineering and developing proofs of concept for new ideas;
• Share the knowledge and occasionally help junior members of the team on all above.

Tech Skills and Personal traits:

• Development with Java 8+
• Development with Spring Boot
• Good knowledge of webservices (REST, SOAP)
• 3+ years developing in Java
• Experienced with Maven
• Experienced with Hibernate
• Experience with Git
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients
• Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
• Willingness to collaborate with other players
• Strong communication skills
