My name is Joana Pais and I’m Talent Acquisition Partner at Celfocus.
I started my career at the end of 2017 at a French multinational where I worked for about 2.5 years, in the HR department. I did recruitment and selection of profiles for different areas (IT, engineering and life sciences) and with different levels of seniority; I managed the job fair calendars we would be attending and I helped create the company's training and development department in Portugal.
Since September 2020, I have been at Celfocus , recruiting senior IT profiles, and I have responsibilities throughout the entire recruitment cycle: candidates identification, interviews, construction of salary kit and presentation of financial proposals. In June 2021 I was challenged to recruit juniors (newly licensed) as well and right now that is my biggest focus. I'm in Porto and my goal is to help ensure that we bring the best talents, seniors and juniors, to us.
