About the role
Acting as Incident Commander will coordinate the activities during and after a critical issue (P1, P2) understanding the impact on business and identifying improvements from the lessons learnt.
As a part of your job, you will:
- Managing high critical issue with all involved vendor and internal customer teams.
- Promote a collaborative and mission focus mentality across all team.
- Identify and suggest improvement to existing process and flows.
- Guarantee the Overall stability of the system.
What are we looking for?
- Incident Management for Production Environment
- Ticket management (SPOC)
- Tickets triage and ticket forwarding
- Identify risks and dependencies
- Identify Technical Debt Reduction Processes
- Suggest improvements
- Follow-up of improvements
- Support DevOps teams
- Impact analysis of changes/enhancements
- Standby 24h x 7d (might happen)
- Experience with Operations 2L & 3L (e.g., troubleshooting and payload analysis)
Nice to have:
- PL SQL/ SQL
- Unix & Network’s
- Bash Scripting
- Google Cloud Platform – basic/iniciate
- API troubleshooting
Personal traits:
Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients
Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
Willingness to collaborate with other players
Strong communication skills
