Celfocus Insider is a set of initiatives that takes place at our offices.

The latest editions welcomed students from some of the best universities in Portugal to spend a day with us and discover our projects, tools, solutions, and teams while also, engaging in disruptive challenges and experience our agile methodologies.

Over 100 future engineers have already participated in this hands-on experience and witnessed what it is like to be part of the company for a day while better understanding what they can expect when starting their professional path.

Celfocus Insider offers students a unique blend of engaging activities, from hackathons and open days to hands-on workshops, all crafted to immerse them in the real-world challenges of tech innovation. Through these dynamic events, students gain direct insight into how we tackle complex projects, collaborate across teams, and apply agile methodologies.
