About the role
The candidate will integrate a team in a Digital transformation project in an international TELCO operator. The candidate will join the IT Operations team, specializing in providing technical support for our BSS Product Catalogue and it’s Lifecycle Management Processes. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of these essential systems, supporting internal users. The candidate will receive training on the platform supporting the EPC & PLM solutions (Kloudville).
As a part of your job, you will:
- Provide frontline technical support for Kloudville EPC and PLM products, responding to internal teams’ user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical difficulties.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, product development teams, and end-users, to identify, prioritize, and address system issues.
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement proactive measures to optimize system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
What are we looking for?
- Database & SQL Knowledge and experience
- JavaScript
- API & Integration (REST) experience
- Experience working EPC / Product Management Solutions
- Familiar with TMF APIs (Preferable)
- Familiar with CRM Solutions/Platforms (Preferable)
- Process modeling know-how (BPMN) (Preferable)
- Good Communication skills and fluent in English
- Available to travel and work in Saud Arabia 75% of the time
- Previous experience in user support activities (Preferable)

Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
