About the role

Information Security, Privacy & Business Continuity team has the responsibility of manage and improve the Information Security Management System, Privacy Management System and the Business Continuity Management System at Celfocus. The information security analyst works on monitoring, analyzing and respond to security events and incidents, identifying vulnerabilities, risks and respective treatment strategies, designing, implementing and verifying the security controls.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Monitor security events through various monitoring tools and systems;
• Analyze security incidents to determine their impact and root cause;
• Respond to security events in a timely and effective manner;
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to mitigate and resolve security issues;
• Manage and test technical security controls to protect information systems and data;
• Conduct regular technical security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks;
• Develop and maintain operational security procedures and guidelines.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Professional experience in the fields of IT and cybersecurity;
• Fundamentals of Computer Security and Information Systems;
• Technical knowledge of Windows, Linux and Network protocols;
• Experience with security event monitoring and incident response;
• Familiarity with security controls and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001;
• Attention to detail, analytical abilities and the ability to recognize trends in security;
• Proactive approach with the confidence to propose solutions;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
