About the role
As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will be the voice of our internal communications. You will play a crucial role in creating compelling content for a variety of platforms, from intranet pages and newsletters to social media posts and leadership communications. You’ll also be instrumental in crafting moments that enhance our people experience – making every interaction with the company meaningful and engaging.
As a part of your job, you will:
- Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop engaging content for internal communication channels, including emails, intranet posts, and company-wide newsletters.
- Craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging for leadership updates, announcements, and people experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that aligns with company culture, and brand identity.
- Write and distribute internal communications that promote key initiatives, company updates, and team accomplishments.
- Ensure all communication materials are in line with corporate tone and messaging standards.
- Manage feedback loops to ensure internal communications are effective and resonate with our people.
- Experiment with new approaches aligned with the employee branding strategy, for talent retention and attraction content on the company’s digital channels.
- People Experience:
- Design and support initiatives aimed at creating exceptional employee moments (onboarding, employee recognition, events, town halls, etc.).
- Create content for internal campaigns that drive engagement, improve …employee satisfaction, and foster a sense of belonging.
Help build and maintain an employee-centric communications strategy that emphasizes inclusivity, transparency, and innovation.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or a related field within the tech or IT sector.
- Language: Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Content Expertise: Proven ability to write for diverse audiences, adapting tone and style for internal teams and external customers.
- Creativity: Strong creative and storytelling skills to produce content that resonates and engages.
- People-Centric Mindset: Passion for enhancing the employee experience and building an inclusive, positive workplace culture.

- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;
- Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills.
