About the role
We are seeking an IAM Engineer with a solid DevOps background to design, integrate, and maintain Identity and Access Management platforms. This position not only requires technical proficiency but also effective consulting and communication skills, as you will collaborate directly with clients in diverse international environments.
As a part of your job, you will:
- Design, implement, and support IAM solutions utilizing LDAP, OUD, and WSO2 platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration of IAM systems with enterprise applications and infrastructure;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, DevOps, and Infrastructure Engineering;
- Provide technical guidance and consulting to clients throughout the design and implementation phases;
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM platforms to maintain performance, scalability, and security;
- Drive automation initiatives within IAM and related DevOps processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
What are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of LDAP, Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), WSO2, and Unix/Linux environments;
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools;
- Proven experience as an IAM Engineer or DevOps Engineer working on IAM-related projects;
- Higher education degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
- Solid understanding of identity governance, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and relevant security standards;
- Ability to automate and streamline IAM processes using DevOps methodologies and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills.
