About the role
The DevOps Engineer will be leading the adoption of DevOps practices, fostering seamless collaboration between development and operations to enable the rapid and reliable delivery of high-quality software.
The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in Observability, techniques, and platform automation while actively promoting cross-functional collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
Embedded within a CI/CD team, this role is instrumental in advancing Agile transformation by enhancing tooling, workflows, and processes that support iterative delivery. He will have the opportunity to work with several teams and projects both nationally and internationally.
As a part of your job, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain the Observability dashboard and metrics of critical applications
- Implement logging and monitoring solutions to ensure visibility into pipeline health and deployment outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and alert another cross-domain team to the maintenance system stability.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent Understanding of Observability tools.
- Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki
- Nice to have: ELKs, Dynatrace
- Competent in Ansible and/or Python
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins).
- Nice to Have: AWS Cloud expertise

- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
