About the role

We are looking for a Senior Developer with a strong willingness to learn and a people‑first leadership mindset, capable of working autonomously and taking end‑to‑end ownership of solutions.
This role goes beyond pure development: it suits someone who enjoys growing their skills, supporting the development of others, shaping the domain offering, contributing to pre‑sales activities, and collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient solutions in Java, following microservices architecture.

• Actively contributes to the architecture evolution of existing assets/products, ensuring alignment with business goals, cloud patterns and engineering best practices.

• Build and operate containerized applications, promoting modern deployment and operational standards.

• Build conceptual, logical, and physical data models leveraging relational database technologies.

• Implement and continuously improve monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.

• Proficient in applying CI/CD methodologies, including pipeline creation, automated testing, version control integration, and deployment orchestration.

• Mentor team members and support their development while embracing continuous learning.

• Lead code reviews and act as a technical reference promoting best practices.

• Support pre‑sales activities and contribute to shaping domain offerings.

• Collaborate with the Customer, Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and balanced delivery expectations.

• Work in a dynamic and agile environment and contribute to continuous process improvement.

What are we looking for?

• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize microservices using Spring Boot, aligned with cloud‑native and distributed‑system patterns.

• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Proficiency in database design, SQL optimization, and schema evolution across relational database technologies.

• Strong experience with event‑driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks for frontend development (React, Angular, Vue).

• Understanding of CI/CD infrastructure and tooling.

• Experience working with API Gateways and applying standard integration patterns.

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, especially Keycloak.

• Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).

• Background in performance tuning and optimization.
