About the role
As a People Business Partner Intern, you will support the PBP team in delivering key initiatives and providing assistance to different departments across the organization. Working closely with employees, you will help address HR-related matters, contribute to the implementation of initiatives, and support efforts to enhance employee engagement and performance. This is a professional internship opportunity. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this arrangement.
As a part of your job, you will:
Support the PBP team in addressing employee questions and assisting in the preparation of materials related to performance management, and employee development.
Assist in organizing recruitment processes and helping with documentation to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
Support onboarding activities by preparing materials and helping collect employee feedback.
Assist in the coordination of initiatives aimed at improving employee morale and promoting teamwork within operational departments.
Provide support in Talent Mapping processes, helping track development plans.
Assist in collecting data and preparing materials for performance evaluations and development discussions.
Support in compiling HR metrics and reports under the guidance of the PBPs.
Provide assistance in HR projects, helping with coordination, communication, and follow-up actions to support project goals.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Personal traits
Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;
Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
Willingness to collaborate with other players;
Strong communication skills.
