About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with an interest in projects in the Telco industry, with knowledge of eCommerce and self-service funnels.

As a part of your job, you will:

Digital Performance & Optimisation

• Analyse end-to-end digital journeys (self-service and sales) to improve conversion and overall performance.

• Monitor results against business objectives and identify gaps, conversion drops, and optimisation opportunities using data.

• Track and evaluate the impact of implemented actions on business outcomes.

• Define, refine, and manage success metrics throughout the initiative lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to accelerate decision-making.

Requirements & Stakeholder Management

• Analyse, challenge, and refine business and technical requirements.

• Run workshops to clarify requirements, prioritise needs, and identify gaps, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Ensure alignment between business and IT stakeholders.

• Maintain traceability between requirements and the designed solution.

Solution Design & Functional Analysis

• Perform functional and technical gap analysis to ensure solution completeness.

• Create and maintain Functional Design documentation covering user journeys, integrations, configurations, business logic, data models, and system changes.

• Define integration flows, API impacts, data transformations, and orchestration rules.

• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and performance guidelines.

• Validate design feasibility through technical workshops and obtain formal approvals.

Delivery Support & Implementation

• Handover Functional Design to development teams and clarify requirements.

• Support estimation, development, and testing activities.

• Update documentation based on feedback and implementation learnings.

• Maintain end-to-end solution documentation.

• Support solution transition to client and production teams.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in IT delivery projects with hands-on experience of functional analysis, namely conducting workshops with Business, IT, Architecture, Integration and Development teams, producing functional design, and defining integration flows.

• Strong Functional background in Telecommunication Support Systems.

• Knowledge of security and performance in Digital solutions such as mobile and web app.

• Understanding of Technical aspects of Digital Solutions (Web application concept, SQL/non-SQL servers, integrations, core layers, and components of typical Digital Solution Architecture).

• Experience in digital performance analysis (eCommerce or self-service channels).

• Analytical skills, with a focus on funnels, metrics, conversion, and user behaviour.

• Mindset focused on impact, execution, and continuous improvement.

• Communication and synthesis capabilities with databases.

• Use of analytics tools and data visualisation.

• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;

• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;

• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;

• Willingness to collaborate with other players;
