About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition specialist, to reinforce our recruitment in Egypt. This role requires Technical Talent Acquisition responsibilities.

This role has a hierarchy report to the Headquarters in Portugal, in close collaboration with our Delivery Senior Manager in Egypt.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Play an active role in the Celfocus Egypt recruitment process while acting as the main point of contact between the Headquarters and the local recruitment stakeholders.

• Build and maintain pools of strong candidates and new prospective candidates within the different capabilities.

• Conduct weekly check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.

• Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.

• Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.

• Support planning and gathering information for sprint and quarterly review meetings with key stakeholders that will provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.

• Monitor job market trends in Egypt and make recommendations for changes to Celfocus Egypt recruitment strategies.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures as required, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

• Responsible for EDC Employer branding, and in handling relations between the Celfocus Egypt and Universities/Schools/Institutes.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree business administration/Management OR Similar.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in talent acquisition ideally within a fast-paced agency or client.

• Track record for delivering high-impact customer experience and implementing new solutions to support their business area.

• Track record of driving recruiting initiatives (i.e. proactive recruiting, internal recruiting, diversity, etc) and achieving goals.

• Demonstrated ability to drive holistic recruitment strategy (i.e. employer branding, social recruiting, etc.)

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

• Advanced English.
