About the role

Design, develop, and maintain client web applications, ensuring high-quality functionality, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver effective solutions. First 2 or 3 months, it will be 100% in-person. Afterwards, 3 times a week in-person.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end web applications.

• Analyze and implement technical requirements with clients.

• Ensure projects meet milestones, deadlines, and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain proper documentation.

What are we looking for?

• .NET Web Development

  • Experience with ASP.NET (Web Forms and/or MVC) and maintaining or extending Classic ASP applications.

  • Understanding of the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and web application architecture.

• Front-End Development

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for building responsive and accessible user interfaces.

  • Experience integrating front-end components with back-end APIs.

• Database Development

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including:

    • Writing and optimizing T-SQL queries

    • Stored procedures and database design

    • Performance tuning and debugging.

• Visual Basic

  • Experience with Visual Basic / VBScript for maintaining and extending legacy components within existing systems.

• General Web Development Skills

  • Understanding of client–server architecture, RESTful communication, and web application performance considerations.

  • Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize web applications across the full stack.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC architecture and developing applications using C#.

• Familiarity with SOAP and RESTful web services, including integrating external APIs and building service-based architectures.

• Experience with at least one modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems for collaborative development and code management.

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, including participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
