About the role

We are looking for a PL/SQL Developer to join our Financial Services team. You will be part of a multidisciplinary environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You will be integrated into our Banking Core Business Unit, contributing to the development and maintenance of critical systems within the financial services domain.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Design and develop small to medium-scale projects for new features, including evaluation, functional and technical analysis, implementation, and testing.

• Maintain and improve existing systems, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.

• Perform data analysis to support business and technical decision-making.

• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL development.

• Solid experience working with relational databases, particularly Oracle.

• Good functional analysis and technical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in team leadership or team management

• Experience working in the Social Security or public administration sector

Personal traits

• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;

• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;

• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
