About the role
Love meeting students, going to job fairs, and helping young talent land their first job?
We’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys connecting with students and young professionals and helping them start their careers.
If you enjoy campus events, employer branding, and building relationships with universities, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team where your ideas and creativity will help shape how we attract and engage early-career talent.
As a part of your job, you will:
Manage recruitment processes for internships, trainees, and entry-level roles.
Engage with universities and student communities to attract early-career talent.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and career talks.
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives that help us connect with students and graduates.
Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or similar.
1 to 3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent-related roles.
Experience in early careers recruitment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable representing the company at events and university initiatives.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Nice to have:
Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Personal traits
Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;
