About the role

We are looking for a QA Lead/Test Manager to coordinate QA activities with a strong focus on business validation and UAT, ensuring alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Coordinate the testing lifecycle, with focus on UAT planning, execution, and sign-off;

• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements validation and test coverage;

• Support and guide business users during business testing phases;

• Track and report defects, risks, and testing progress;

• Facilitate communication between Business and IT teams;

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA and UAT practices.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Test Coordination / Test Management;

• Strong stakeholder management, especially with business users;

• Experience in UAT planning and execution;

• Good understanding of test processes and lifecycle;

• Ability to translate business needs into test scenarios;

• Experience with reporting and defect management;

• Experience working in Agile environments;

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Xray;

• Fluency in English (C1 level), able to interact with business stakeholders.

• Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;

• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
