About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our finance team and support the business of Celfocus. This role is key in delivering accurate, timely, and forward-looking financial insights that enable informed decision-making and drive business performance.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Partner closely with Business Units to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor and analyze project P&L, identifying variances and providing clear, actionable insights.

• Support month-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines and reporting standards are met.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Financial Controller or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

• Solid understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and controlling practices.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP is valued.

• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
