About the role

We are looking for a ESB Developer with experience in TIBCO to reinforce our team working for Africa projects. Knowledge in Celfocus Order Management product is a plus that will be valued.
This position represents an opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and undertake different responsibilities, including solution design, functional and technical analysis, and development.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Analyze, design, build and test Integration solutions based on business requirements;
• Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project;
• Identify risks and impact on the project solution;
• Ensure the best practices in software design and development
• Leading and coaching junior team members.
• Report to the management team.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of the Telco Industry (BSS/OSS);
• +2 years of experience involved in integration projects (TIBCO);
• Hands-on experience with the entire software lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment procedures);
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Availability to travel (Europe, Middle East, and Africa);
• Knowledge of the Celfocus Order Management Product (plus).
