About the role

We are looking for a Senior Integration Tech Lead specialized in designing and implementing customized IoT and telecom integration solutions. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end technical design, development, and integration of complex client and partner networks, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business and engineering roadmaps.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Analyze and integrate complex customer/partner networks.
• Design and develop customized technical solutions for non-standard requests.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Lead the end-to-end management of design, development, and integration activities.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Influence and align with engineering and transformation roadmaps.

What are we looking for?

• Solid background in IT & Telecommunications solutions for enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of telecommunications architectures, including: Packet & Circuit-switched networks, IPv4 / IPv6; Routing (BGP); VPN, NNI; MPLS, VOLTE, 5G, LTE, HSS; Order Management.
• Relevant Industry Experience and Education;
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead in integration and solution design roles.
• Experience or certification in Agile methodologies (SCRUM certification is a plus).
• Ability to design and deliver tailor-made integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and system interoperability.
